All about Gojies!

I come back with another super food! have you ever heard about Goji?

Goji berries are full of vitamins and act as true tonics. They make it possible to fight against temporary or chronic fatigue and to stimulate the immune system (so as not to get sick). Goji berries also have effects on the absorption of cholesterol and the regulation of blood sugar levels. Good to fight against diabetes, I think particularly about American people who suffer of this more than anyone else on this Earth. Bad quality food, cheap food, process food are the result of diabetes. Adding Goji to your food and changing you consumption car really save your life. You are what you eat!

Goji berries are antioxidant and anti-cancer. By taking a good handful per day, as a cure for example, it is excellent, to fight against cancer cells, make them reduce and promote the life expectancy of other cells.

Because nothing is perfect, here are few things important to know before buying Gojies!
Many scientists describe the health benefits of goji berries as "overvalued6"; the recent craze for this product is linked more to marketing than to science. According to them, this fruit contains no more vitamins than orange or apple, and less than sea buckthorn berries.

In addition, traces of pesticides, superior to European standards, have been found in many imports of goji berries sold in the form of dried berries. It is essentially Acetamiprid, an insecticide used in the fight against aphids.

A little drawing to show you what it is in a simple way:

You can find product without ANY pesticides. I advise you to buy these products with labels on the packaging, made in Europe. In Australia or the United States, labels claiming that the product is organic is not protected! An ultra processed and absolutely not organic product can contain the mention "Organic" without any difficulty. This is not the case in Europe, especially in France and Germany. Prefer products marked "AB" (France) that have real value. It is a little more expensive unfortunately, but safer for health!

Cooked, raw, hot, cold, these berries are excellent in terms of taste and health. What do you think ?
